This cured cheese is aged for at least 8 months and up to 12 months in natural caves, giving it a distinctive texture and aroma. Manchego is perfect for slicing, grating, or melting, and it pairs well with wine, fruit, and bread.

Manchego is made with traditional methods that have been passed down for generations. The milk is collected and transported to the factory, where it is heated and coagulated in vats. The curd is then drained and pressed into moulds for a minimum of 4 hours. The cheese is then unmoulded and salted by immersion in brine. Finally, it is dried and matured in controlled chambers.

Manchego is made with only four ingredients: sheep’s milk, anti-bacterial salts, rennet, and salt. A natural and delicious cheese that you can enjoy any time of the day.
