Description

Enjoy the earthy, savoury flavour of Spanish mushrooms in our Frozen Mini Mushroom Croquetas (de Setas). Made in Spain using a creamy béchamel base blended with finely chopped mushrooms, these croquetas deliver a rich, velvety texture and a delicate taste that pairs beautifully with other tapas favourites.

Perfect for restaurants, caterers, and home cooks, these croquetas offer authentic Spanish quality without the time-consuming preparation. Simply deep fry from frozen for a crisp, golden exterior and a smooth, flavourful centre.

Important delivery note: This is a frozen product and can only be delivered to trade customers within our controlled-temperature van delivery area in Scotland, or collected from our Stirling warehouse. Unfortunately, we cannot send this item by post.

Directions: Fry in abundant oil at high temperature (180 C - 200 C) for between 3.5 and 4 minutes, until the product ́s surface becomes brown. Do not put too many units at once as this causes a sudden drop in the oil temperature. Let it stand for a minute.
