Mini Salmorejo Croquetas In Panko Breadcrumbs are a unique and flavourful surprise for your customer. These croquettes are filled with a rich and creamy salmorejo, a traditional Spanish tomato-based sauce, and coated in crispy panko breadcrumbs. Perfect for serving as an appetiser or side dish, these croquettes offer a delightful taste of Spain that will captivate your customers.
Directions:
Deep fry: Fry directly from frozen at 180ºC for approximately 2 minutes, until the product ́s surface becomes brown. Do not put too many units at once as this causes a sudden drop in the oil temperature. Let it stand for a 1 minute on absorbent paper. Please note that if the oil is too cold, the croquettes will break and the soft filling will leak out.
Air fryer: Not suitable
Ingredients: Salmorejo 60% [tomato, extra virgin olive oil, breadcrumbs (GLUTEN), water, wine vinegar, salt, garlic], breadcrumbs [wheat flour (GLUTEN), water, salt, yeast], japanese breadcrumbs [wheat flour (GLUTEN), yeast, glucose, salt], wheat flour (GLUTEN), thickener: acetylated distarch phosphate E1414; salt and wine vinegar. May contain traces of EGG, MUSTARD, PEANUTS, FISH, MILK, NUTS, SOY, SESAME, SULPHITES, CELERY and MOLLUSCS.
