Frozen Creamy Bacalao Croquetas (Salt Cod) In Panko Breadcrumbs are a delightful Spanish treat that combines the rich, savoury flavour of bacalao with a creamy filling, all encased in crispy panko breadcrumbs. These croquetas are perfect for serving as an appetiser or side dish, offering a taste of authentic Spanish cuisine that will captivate your customers.

Directions:

Deep fry: Fry directly from frozen at 180ºC for approximately 2 minutes, until the product ́s surface becomes brown. Do not put too many units at once as this causes a sudden drop in the oil temperature. Let it stand for a 1 minute on absorbent paper. Please note that if the oil is too cold, the croquettes will break and the soft filling will leak out.

Air fryer: Fry directly from frozen at 200ºC for approximately 8 minutes, until the product ́s surface becomes brown. Do not put too many units at once as the air fryer may not reach the correct temperature. Please note that if air fryer is too cold, the croquettes will break and the soft filling will leak out.
