How to use it:
- Pour 400ml of milk in a bowl, and 200ml of milk into a mug, where you should dissolve the content of a sachet. Add 4 or 5 tbs of sugar.
- Warm up the milk from the bowl. When it boils, add the mix to the hot milk and stir until it boils again. Low the fire and continue cooking for 1 - 2 minutes while stirring.
- Pour custard mix into small ramekins and let l cool down.
Keep in a fresh and dry place. Once mixed, keep refrigerated.
Flan Dessert mixÂ
Ingredients:Â cornstarch, salt thickener (carrageenan), food colouring (curcumin, annatto norbixin), aromatics. May contain wheat and milk.
