How to use it:
- Empty the sachet content in a dry bowl. Add 1l of milk and mix well until dissolved.
- Cook on a low fire until it boils, stirring constantly to avoid that it sticks to the pan
- Also on the microwave. Put the sachet content in a bowl with 500ml of milk, and microwave for 5 min at 600w. Take the bowl out, stirr and add another 500ml of milk. Warm up for another 5 minutes.
- Pour the liquid caramel and the flan mix into small ramekins or in a big bowl. Let it cool down until it reaches room temperature, and transfer it to the fridge to finish the cooling process until it settles (1-3h, depending on the recipent).
Keep in a fresh and dry place. Once mixed, keep refrigerated.
Flan Dessert mixÂ
Ingredients:Â sugar, thickener (carrageenan), food colouring (curcumin, annatto norbixin), aromatics. Liquid caramel: glucose syrup, sugar, water, preservatives (potassium sorbate). May contain wheat and milk.
