Asturian Compango is the backbone of some of northern Spain’s most recognisable dishes. This 300g pack brings together three cured pork specialities traditionally used to flavour slow‑cooked stews and bean dishes, delivering depth, richness and unmistakable Asturian character.

The selection includes smoked chorizo, savoury morcilla and cured panceta, each contributing its own role during cooking: gentle spice from the paprika‑seasoned chorizo, rounded savouriness from the morcilla, and body and richness from the panceta. When cooked together, the Compango releases flavour gradually, transforming simple ingredients into a deeply satisfying dish.

Used across Asturias in recipes such as Fabada Asturiana, pote and lentil stews, Compango is valued not for speed but for what it adds over time.
