Directions: Fry in abundant oil at high temperature (180 C - 200 C) for between 3.5 and 4 minutes, until the product ́s surface becomes brown. Do not put too many units at once as this causes a sudden drop in the oil temperature. Let it stand for a minute.
Ingredients: Bechamel sauce (82%) [Hydrated WHEY powder, blue CHEESE (12%), WHEAT flour, starch,sunflower oil, onion, salt], Covering [Breadcrumbs (WHEAT flour, water, WHEAT GLUTEN, salt, yeast and rasing agents (E-450i, E-500ii) water, WHEAT flour, salt, gelling agent (E-412, E-464) and EGG albumine]. May contain traces of CRUSTACEANS, MOLLUSCS, FISH and SOY.
