If you’re looking for a delicious and authentic Manchego cheese, look no further than our Manchega sheep’s milk cheese. Marantona cheese is aged for a minimum of 8 months and a maximum of 12 months in natural caves. The result is a cheese that is rich, creamy, and full of flavour.

This cheese is made using traditional methods that have been passed down for generations. The producer collects and transports the milk to their factory. They then heat the milk in vats between 28°C and 32°C for 30 to 60 minutes until it coagulates. The curd is then drained and pressed into moulds for a minimum of 4 hours. After that, the cheese is removed from the moulds and immersed in brine to give it its distinctive flavour. Finally, the cheese is dried and aged in our carefully controlled environment.
